Order Processing

We aim to process orders within 24–48 hours when all products are available.

Order processing times do not include weekends or major holidays.

Orders may occasionally be delayed due to product availability, holidays, weather, carrier conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

CLEARSTEM ships throughout the United States.

Standard Ground shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

The delivery estimate displayed at checkout is the most accurate estimate for your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

CLEARSTEM offers complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders valued at $75 or more.

Expedited shipping charges may still apply.

Shipping Hubs

CLEARSTEM ships orders from two fulfillment hubs:

• West Coast Hub — California

• Midwest Hub — Illinois

Orders are automatically routed from the fulfillment location that can most efficiently serve the destination.

International Shipping

CLEARSTEM offers international shipping to eligible destinations.

International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International delivery may take approximately 3–6 weeks depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, and other factors.

CLEARSTEM currently does not ship to Europe.

PO Boxes

CLEARSTEM ships to PO Boxes. Customers must provide complete and accurate PO Box information at checkout.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a missing apartment or unit number, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or another carrier-related issue, please contact support@clearstem.com as soon as possible.

SKINSPRAY ALL DAY Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping carrier regulations, SKINSPRAY ALL DAY ships by ground shipping only.

Orders containing SKINSPRAY ALL DAY are not eligible for expedited or overnight shipping.

At this time, SKINSPRAY ALL DAY cannot be shipped internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact CLEARSTEM immediately after placing your order. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
