At CLEARSTEM, we want you to love your products. If something isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on orders placed directly through clearstem.com.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We accept returns for orders placed on clearstem.com within 30 days of delivery. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

You may choose one of the following options:

• Refund to the original payment method

• Exchange for a different product

• Store credit for a future purchase

How to Start a Return

Returns and exchanges can be initiated through our online returns portal.

Please provide your order information and follow the instructions provided through the return process.

Refund Fees

Returns requesting a refund to the original payment method are subject to an $11 handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The $11 handling fee is waived when you choose an exchange or store credit.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available as part of our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Exchange orders include a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Store Credit

Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is not subject to the $11 handling fee.

Bundles

If you return only part of a discounted bundle, CLEARSTEM will recalculate the order total based on the products you keep. Your refund may therefore be adjusted accordingly.

Gifts

If you received a CLEARSTEM product as a gift, we may provide store credit or an exchange.

Please contact support@clearstem.com with the order details or the name of the gift giver.

Retail Purchases

Products purchased from an authorized retail partner must be returned according to the retailer's own return policy. CLEARSTEM cannot process returns for products purchased directly from retail stores.

International Orders

International returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable reverse duties.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and processed, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
